A bespoke service that ensures that you are in the safest of hands from as far back as choosing the correct property, to ensuring that the perfect pre-contract delivery team (that might include some or all of architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor, and designer) is assembled before the onsite team starts work and the project is managed through to conclusion.
Project Management & Build
These projects are where all surveys have been carried out, planning permissions are in place (if required) and there is no further requirement for third parties. Each and every build has a dedicated Manton project manager who works closely with you, contract manager and site foreman to deliver a cost-effective, beautifully delivered project.
