Meet the Team

Al began his career in property in 2001, when he joined an International Private Equity House specialising in the turnaround of property assets. As Managing Director of the Hotels Division, Al focused on bringing together an impressive portfolio of Country House Hotels, which were restored to glory and re-established as “must stay” destinations.

In 2009 Al launched his own business in the Middle East, concentrating on the construction and renovation of luxury properties in this emerging and dynamic marketplace. Upon returning to the UK with his young family, Al launched Manton Property, as a means to bring under one roof his expertise in Construction, Design and Project Management.

Since 2015 Manton has become synonymous with delivering beautifully designed and delivered renovations.

Olivia joined Manton in 2021 to head up the Henley Office and work alongside the Hungerford Team. With a background working for both entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial organisations, Olivia previously worked for Bremont Watch Company as Project Manager for the move to their new and bespoke 35,000 sq ft manufacturing and technology facility. Olivia manages projects from “boots on the ground” through to completion and takes great pride in seeing a project come together to exceed the client’s expectations.

Nicola began her career in the communications sector, honing her client relationship and problem solving skills working for high-profile brands for 18 years. She joined Manton in 2023 as Private Client Manager, supporting clients in the early stages of their projects through to the start of on-site construction.

With an excellent pedigree in company finance and accounting; Emma has been an integral part of the Manton team from day one.
