Manton provides a managed-build solution for a wide range of construction projects. Alongside residential projects both big and small, we also specialise in heritage renovations, eco-projects and commercial contracts including schools and hotels.
Because each build is unique and because each client approaches us at different stages of their project, so we offer three distinct services.
End-to-End
A bespoke service that ensures that our clients are in the safest of hands from as far back as choosing the correct property, to ensuring that the perfect pre-contract delivery team (that might include some or all of architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor, and designer) is built before the onsite team starts work and the project is managed through to conclusion.
Design & Build
Design and Build projects are those where all surveys have been carried out, planning permissions are in place (if required) and there is no further requirement for third parties. With our breadth of contacts in the industry we aim to start works within 6 – 12 weeks of the initial enquiry. Each and every build has a dedicated Manton project manager who works closely with client, contract manager and site foreman to deliver a cost-effective, beautifully-delivered project.
Commercial
Our team has worked on projects for several of the country’s most renowned schools, hotels and restaurants. In addition to our portfolio of pre-project services (that might include some or all of architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor, and designer) our onsite teams are flexible enough to work around the day to day operation ensuring business continuity and revenue maximisation.
