Our Services
Advisory
We provide impartial construction and design advice on all aspects of a property. We work alongside top agents and will join you prior to putting in an offer, to discuss the feasibility of potential works and provisional timelines.
An ability to view a house, whether it’s a potential purchase, recently purchased, or an existing home requiring a redesign or refurbishment, we approach it through the eyes of our clients to ensure we offer clear thinking, independent advice, whilst providing creative vision.
With our black book of trusted experts and our breadth of project experience we will assemble the right team of professionals and will guide you through the planning process, if required, to the costing and tender stage. Our experience of working for owners of listed properties has provided us with an understanding of the more contentious and challenging aspects that might arise.
Construction and Project Management
Whether we have worked alongside you from the very beginning of the design process or if you have come to us with completed and approved plans in hand, our project team will manage every facet of the construction of your new home and grounds.
Each and every build has a dedicated Manton project manager who works directly with you and the onsite teams to deliver a cost-effective, beautifully finished project.
Property Management
We often work with clients who are confronted with houses that have been largely neglected for decades. We work with you to ensure that first and foremost it is safe for you and your family to live in, and then to create comfortable surroundings whilst you decide what you are going to do with your home. These services include the installation of security, an overhaul of the existing heating and electrical systems, the removal of any asbestos, roof works, garden and grounds maintenance, until such time as you wish to bring your masterplan to fruition.
For all properties that we have renovated we offer an annual management programme covering all aspects of the house and its surroundings from pool and tennis court maintenance to hedge cutting and annual servicing of utilities. We guarantee you ongoing peace of mind for as long as you wish us to remain involved.
