Meet the Team

Al began his career in property in 2001, when he joined an international private equity firm specialising in the turnaround of property assets. As Managing Director of the Hotels Division, Al focused on bringing together an impressive portfolio of Country House Hotels, which were restored to glory and re-established as “must stay” destinations.

In 2009 Al launched his own business in the Middle East, concentrating on the construction and renovation of luxury properties in this emerging and dynamic marketplace. Upon returning to the UK with his family, Al launched Manton, as a means to bring construction, design and Project Management under one roof.

Olivia joined Manton in 2021 to head up the Henley Office and work alongside the Hungerford Team.

With a background working for both entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial organisations, Olivia previously worked for Bremont Watch Company as Project Manager for the move to their new and bespoke 35,000 sq ft manufacturing and technology facility.

Olivia manages projects from “boots on the ground” through to completion and takes pride in seeing a project come together, to exceed the client’s expectations.

Nicola began her career in the communications sector, honing her client relationship and problem solving skills working for high-profile brands for 18 years.

She joined Manton’s advisory team in 2023, supporting clients on a wide range of issues affecting their homes. Nicola manages Manton’s tried and trusted black book of advisors, and curates the correct team for each project based on availability and budget.

Will is a senior, award winning police officer with extensive knowledge not only of crime prevention but of criminality. He understands extensively the methods used by criminals to attack property and high-net-worth individuals. He brings to Manton decades of experience in security, close protection, policing and self-protection training.

Emma is a qualified accountant with over 11 years experience working in finance, with a special focus on the construction industry, covering all aspects from groundworks, renovations and project management.

Emma is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and has been an integral part of the Manton team from day one.
