We look at scope, budget, risk, planning or heritage constraints, security requirements and likely programme.
This pre-project work helps the client understand whether the proposed route is realistic before time and money are committed. It identifies who should be involved and how the next stage should be structured.
This includes pre-acquisition appraisal of condition, planning constraints, ownership implications and likely cost.
We remain independent of agents, architects and contractors, giving the client a clear and unconflicted view before they commit.
We work alongside a client’s wealth manager, family office, solicitor or trustees. Our findings on cost, risk, constraints and programme are set out so those advisers can use them in wider financial, tax and estate decisions. We take no fees or commissions from any third party, so the view we give remains the client’s own.
Our advisory work covers Country Houses, Estates and London Residences in London, the Cotswolds, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Berkshire, as well as international clients with UK property interests.
